Everyone would want a healthy body. Therefore, they are always looking for ways to maintain a healthy body. Various things will usually be done, like buying expensive medicine or a variety treatment that cost not little. When in fact there is a simple way you can do to make the body stay healthy. But then, many people are lazy to do so with various excuses.

Here are some simple tips to keep your body healthy:

    • No Skipping Breakfast

      Research found that one of the healthiest way to lose weight is to do breakfast with the right menu. The recommended breakfast menu is high fiber cereal, low fat milk or yoghurt, boiled egg, wheat  toast and fresh fruit or fruit juice. In this way, you will have the energy to perform activities all day.

        • Consume Enough Water 

          It is very important for you to meet the needs of the white water, including when finished exercising. Water will be better consumed after exercise than energy drinks or soft drinks. This is because the content of glucose from energy drinks or soft drinks is quite high. In this way, even if you have burned fat during exercise, the water re-replace "fat" and calories.

            • Consume Vitamins from Natural Sources to Maintain Body Health

              In one day, our body needs at least 90mg vitamin C. The best way to get it is to consume at least five servings of vegetables and fruit each day. The fruit that is rich in vitamin C are guava and oranges.

                • Brush Teeth Properly

                  One of the important things but often missed is how to brush your teeth properly. Because if the way to brush your teeth is not right, then the teeths and gums would potentially damaged. As for how to hold the correct toothbrush is holding it like a pencil. After that, brush your teeth by forming a circle pattern for two minutes. When choosing toothbrushes, do not need to be expensive, the important is the handle sturdy and the brstles is soft. Also, make sure you replace your toothbrush every one to 3 months.
